Aloha Ruby & Nickel

Meet gorgeous Ruby & Nickel who live in Kaneohe, Hawaii (sigh, were so jealous, sigh)

Ruby & Nickels' mom wrote to us saying "Aloha, I ran across your site browsing the web. Love your doxies and I loved it because I have two doxies named Ruby and Nickel (not penny). My best friend had a lil long-hair girl named Penny and she is what convinced my husband that we should get a doxie. So he named him Nickel (the red smooth below, Ruby is the smooth black and tan lil sister)"

Ruby & Nickels' mom runs the Hawaii Wiener Derby. The 2nd annual races are set to run May 29, 2010. Wish we could be there.

A hui ho!

Love Ruby & Penny

A weiner derby sounds like so much fun, especially one in Hawaii.

Hi Ruby & Penny,

How exciting to find doggies of similar breed and names to you in Hawaii! That derby does sound exciting - bet you two would have won easily! :-)

Slobbers,

Your two Hawaiian friends are just so cute! That sounds like a really interesting race, too! Thanks for introducing us to them!

It's cool about the names, too! The Country Corgi Crew
