The Adventure

We travelled from Thunder Bay to Sault Ste. Marie round trip. About 1400 km. We had great weather. No snow and the roads were dry and clear. We didn't see any animals at all. Not one moose or deer. Pretty disappointing.

Just arrived at our hotel.

Daisy and her mom (our human sister) were waiting for us. They had travelled from Toronto to Sault Ste. Marie to meet us. We are going to have Daisy stay with us for 4months while our sister is doing her Masters in Central America.

Sleeping with our sister. You can see mom's arm in the background. She is hiding from the camera.

Do we have to leave already? We just got here and I'm so sleepy.

Saying goodbye.

We're home.

It was a pretty short road trip. We left on Saturday and travelled for 8 hours to Sault Ste. Marie. We had supper and played outside at the hotel for awhile. We read some good peemails and left some too. We packed up and were on the road by 8 am the next day and home by 4:oo pm.

Daisy has made herself at home. She likes all the snow we have.

Love Ruby, Penny & Daisy.

YEAH!! You're home safe and sound. AND you get to have Daisy stay for 4 months. GRRRReat news.
Want to hear something funny?? My mom just started reading a book called Thunder Bay by William Kent Krueger. She has never read any of his stuff before. She just saw it on the Library shelf today and ... thought of you girrrls and picked it up.
Now... for my important question. This is kind of scary for me.
Twix is going to have a Date Night. And I would love it if you would be my Dates. Now that Daisy is there... I would like to take her too... unless she would rather go with a taller guy.
Sooooo, girrrrls would you be my dates???

What a long drive! Daisy is very cute...I don't think she'll fit in your tiny doggy door though...but it would be funny if she tried.
Have a great night!
