Happy Canada Day! So glad the postal strike is OVER so you can send and receive love letters with Frankie! We mentioned this on Frankie's blog and decided we needed to come here and ask YOU since you live in Canada. Mom took a package going to Canada to UPS to ask about rates, etc. The clerk was giving her the info and said "that's just the way it is when shipping things 'overseas.'" Now, what 'sea' would that be??? Color us confused?!*
