Thanks JD & Max

On September 12, 2009, our friends JD & Max from Schnauzer and Schnauzer celebrated their 100th post by marking 3 firsts.
Our blog was the first, first they celebrated about.
Our blog was the first dog blog JD & Max's humans came across. JD & Max's mom got 2 dogs instead of 1 because of how well we get along. To celebrate they sent us a HUGE pressie.

So true!!.

Thank you, JD, Max and your mom & dad. We love all the gifts you sent us, especially the dog treats. They are our new favourite. You are so thoughtful and generous. We love doxie stuff and mom has already found a place for everthing.
You two have a great blog and we're glad there are two of you, instead of one.
Love Ruby, Penny and Mom

Snow!!!
This is our 2nd snowfall of the season. The first happened when we were staying at the kennel over Thanksgiving. It's way to early for snow but we thought we'd enjoy it before it gets to cold for us little guys.

Walking with Daisy

While mom was in Toronto she walked with Daisy to Central Technical School on Bathurst Street every morning. The school lets dog owners walk or play with thier pups off-leash in the fenced in track area. You can see The CN Tower in the background of all the pictures.
The CN Tower, located in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is a communications and observation tower standing 553.33 metres (1,815.4 ft) tall. It is the tallest completed free-standing structure on land in the world.
Wiener Hardware is a real business on Bloor Street in Toronto. Mom snapped the picture when walking down Bloor Street.
Our friend Twix gave us the One Lovely Blog award for participating in Ladies Night! We had the best time.

When you read this we will be staying at the kennel where I was born while mom is off gallivanting to the big city to visit Daisy and the human sister. We're peeved that we don't get to go.
Happy Thanksgiving to our fellow Canadian.

Pees - Chester the cat thinks Penny is out for his blood. It has been raining so much the last couple of weeks that Penny thinks Chester is around for her personal hunting pleasure.
